Background Information:

When Veronique was human she was the daughter of one of the prominant members of French society, she was due to be married and when she was on her way to the church her carriage was turned over and she unfortunately gained an infection from her broken arm that ensued because of this. The man who she was marrying, insisted the ceremony went ahead, and once they had married, she shortly died, leaving him her families inheritance. Now in Heaven, as a Throne Angel, Veronique was over the moon that she could look over the fiance and guide him, but was shocked to see him spending all their money and engaged to her best friend while on Earth.

Since that day Veronique had preferred to be on her own so that she wouldn't be hurt in the same way that she was in the past, however she does want company, she is just too scared to keep it.
