An Unexpected Meeting (Heath and Elizabeth)

Elizabeth had decided that she needed to move through the streets and she needed to be able to get some more food for her mother, although the places nearest her house did not bare anything fruitful when she had searched, it had long been cleared out. Biting her lip she thought of perhaps going to the shore and trying to find a boat to take her and her mother out to another continent, maybe things would be better there?

Sighing a little bit she walked through the abandoned supermarket and she hoped some scrap of something might still remain, although she knew that it was wishful thinking, she still had to try, humming to herself she walked down the canned food isle and to her delight managed to find some sprawled out cans of what looked to be artichokes, and she was more than happy to find some anchovies too.

Already having systems to gather water at home, there would be no problem with the salt, and Elizabeth could not stop the laugh coming from her lips, maybe things were finally beginning to look up.

Heath had been having a ball, picking off the dying humans one by one. It was rather amusing to watch them beg for mercy but it was far better to see the look on their faces when you killed their loved ones instead. Oh but he wasn't worried. He was saving them from a pain he'd felt all too keenly at one point. No one ever really loved you, they were all just waiting to place their knife in your back. And a betrayal was something no man should have to suffer through.

He had been having a good time until he'd spotted someone who bore an incredibly resemblance to a woman who had torn his heart out while he had been alive. But this would actually be quite good for him. He could work out some of his issues. And this time he'd be the one to rip her heart out. Literally in this case though. He followed her into the supermarket and tapped a fingernail against the nearest shelf, making an unusually loud noise,

"Suddenly I heard a tapping..." he tapped the shelf with a dark grin as he slowly made his way towards the woman, "As of someone gently rapping... rapping at my chamber door... Hello there little miss... and what might you're name be?"

Elizabeth jumped and she turned quickly around when she saw that there was someone else in the supermarket, she had not expected someone else to have followed her and she hoped that it would be something that she could explain away to her daydreaming, and not the fact that she was very bad at trying to defend herself.

Blinking, she tilted her head to one side and almost thought, almost thought this man familiar in some way, but she did not dwell on it, of course she had never met the man before so how on Earth would she be able to know him from somewhere else? Then it was that she noticed his slightly grey skin and wondered if he were quite alright;

"Uhm pardon I didn't know you were here." Elizabeth muttered nervously tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, immediately playing with the tongue piercing she had put in "My name is Elizabeth, Elizabeth Rose, who are you?"

She wondered if it would be a good thing to mention his slight, ill look and Elizabeth bit her lip lightly; "Are you quite well, you seem pale?"

Heath couldn't help the way that his grin widened when she jumped. Oh he was going to love this... her fear was like sugar to him. He wanted to make her so afraid she was unable to move for fear! It was delicious... but at the same time he didn't want to make her run. He enjoyed a chase but not with her. Oh no... she was going to stay in one place long enough to suffer. He chuckled darkly when she said that she didn't know who he was. Of course she wasn't the woman who had hurt her. She just looked exactly like her. He was going to make her suffer all the same,

"Of course you know who I am." he whispered to her, his voice carrying along enough though he was still tapping rather loudly, "Your name is different but you're still the same... My name is Heath Edwards."

His grin widered even more, to the point where it looked like he was showing every one of his teeth. Oh she was just precious! He was going to favour the look on her face when he ripped her heart out,

"I suppose you could say I'm feeling a bit under the weather..." he mused with a smirk, "A tad... blue you might say. I wonder why that might be... do you have any idea?"

Elizabeth was beginning to think that the man in front of her was a little bit dangerous and she did not have much that she could defend herself with, the only thing would be the small knife that she carried in her pocket, punishing herslef for even thinking badly of the poor man, who was quite obviously ill, Elizabeth only continued to smile nicely, she hoped that she might be able to help him.

When he said that she was different Elizabeth frowned a little and she shook her head; "I do not believe we have met before, I am very sorry if we have and I've forgotten, it's been rather a busy time after all." she offered by way of an apology, maybe that was how she felt she knew him?

The feeling that Heath was slightly creepy was growing on her and she could not help but wonder what was going on, placing her hands by her side she slowly began to back away from him, towards another tin that was there, absentmindely picking it up and placing it in her bag.

"I am very sorry to hear that you're upset, I know there's been a lot of deaths recently, maybe that's why you are sad? I am sorry but I don't know why you are upset, I didn't know your name until a few moments ago after all." Elizabeth smiled happily.

He could tell she had a brief moment there where he has thought to apply some kind of violence towards him. The reason he could tell was that he was a vengence demon, a mixture between an anger and a violence demon. He could practically smell the potential for violence in the air that he actually pouted when it was gone again. That damned smile... it was just like the one she used to wear! He hated it! HE HATED IT! The thought vibrated in his mind, causing him to grit his teeth angrily,

"Oh we've met before but you wouldn't remember me." he growled dangerously and pulled at the shelf, the entire shelfing unit came crashing down behind him, "Of course you wouldn't remember me! I wasn't rich enough for you was I? Not rich enough to remember!"

Seeing her beginning to take a few steps away from him, Heath advanced on her steadily, maintaining eye contact the whole time. He wanted to see the fear in her eyes. His eyes narrowed,

"I am upset because my heart was torn out by the person I trusted the most. I am upset because you..." he jabbed a finger angrily at Elizabeth, "Decided that I wasn't good enough for you! And no... you won't remember that. Because it happened in your past life! You are the reincarnated form of a woman who excelled in breaking hearts!"

Elizabeth screamed when the shelving unit came down and knocked the bolted on one next to her down with it, she didn't quite manage to move out of the way, her leg was trapped under the shelf and she whimpered lightly she was probably going to die here, this man was utterly crazy, what was he talking about when he was telling her that she had done all these things when she had never even met him in her life before, it was something that scared her so much.

"I...I'm sorry I don't know w-what you're talking about!" she exclaimed, sniffling lightly both in pain from the blood that was oozing out of her cut, she clutched at the shelving unit and tried to lever it off of her so that she could move out of the way of the man coming towards her.

Gasping Elizabeth shook her head and she cried out; "No no I have never told anybody that before, I would never ever tell anybody that it's such a cruel thing to say!"

When he told her about the fact that she was being reincarnated, Elizabeth blinked and she shook her head, it was something although since this man had been here she had contemplated she knew that it was a stupid idea that there was no such thing as reincarnation.

"I'm sorry but I don't t-think I am, but...I did feel like i knew you when you came here...I...I am sorry if you think I've upset you, I haven't meant to, and if I did do something horrible to you in another life I'm so so sorry I would never do that to you now." she said honestly, her eyes a light pleading shade of green.

It was the strangest thing, the scream she gave was one of pure fright and pain. He should have been laughing happily at having caused it but instead it sent a shiver right through him. She was trapped and she was in pain and she was confused. This should be a five star buffet of misery for him but he felt nothing... it was strange. He scowled,

"Then allow me to explain it in simpler terms..." He knelt down closer to her and leaned in so that his face was mere inches away from hers. He saw her pain in her eyes and his resolve weakened for a second before he strengthened it with the anger at himself for feeling that way, "You are a second life Elizabeth Vermont. The original you tore my heart out with an act so bitter and twisted that it changed me from a man... to a demon."

He chuckled mirthlessly, "All well and good saying that now. But the fact is that you did. Whether or not you remember doesn't matter, you did it so you must pay a price!"

He stopped.

That look in her eyes, the pleading look when she spoke, called out to him and he just couldn't extract the price he was going to take from her. Frowning deeply, he thought of another way that she could be punished for her past crimes. After a few moments he lifted the shelving unit off of her with one hand and threw it away from her. He fixed her with a hard stare, as if evaluating her worth. In reality he was actually weighing up how alike she was to her old self. She was different enough that he wanted to spread this out, see if he could justify giving her any special treatment over the other humans,

"Sit up but don't move. Move and I kill you." he instructed her before kneeling down to address her, "You wouldn't hurt me you say? Well I want you to prove it to me. I want you to give me some proof as to why you wouldn't. I have an idea already but I want to hear yours. So start talking Elizabeth Vermont."

Elizabeth for one of the strangest reasons feslt completely guilty and at fault for what had happened to the man in front of her even though she had really done nothing herself, she had done it in a 'past life' if she had even had a past life and because of that she was now paying the price for it...just because she bore a resemblance to the woman that he was talking about.

It was however hard not to let a blush creep across her cheeks as she saw his face so close to her own, she almost wanted to reach out and touch it, to kiss...snapping herself out of those thoughts she wondered what the hell was getting into her and she hoped it was not what Heath was explaining.

"A....A demon?" she asked incredulously "Then what she did must truly have been horrible...what I've done if you are correct, but I don't think that this woman is me I would never do something like that, it hurts people so much and I can't bare people to be harmed when they need not be."

Gasping when the unit was thrown off her, Elizabeth quickly ripped a peice of cloth off her tshirt and tied it around the cut on her leg, hopefully she would be able to bind it properly if she ever got out of this situation, when Heath told her what he wanted, Elizabeth sat up properly, and she had no clue of what to say.

"I...I dont really know what to say to you...I would not harm you because...I don't think I could if I tried, it's not in my nature and I don't like hurting people, besides that, there is the strangest feeling....it makes me think that you are correct, that I am reincarnated, I don't know where else they would come from after all."

Heath's rage was bubbling up in his blood. The overwhelming urge to destroy something, a wall, a door, a window, a face, anything, was beginning to get to him. But he wouldn't attack her. Oh no. He was a vengence demon, not an anger demon, and he knew that perhaps a much worse punishment was emotional pain. He wanted her to feel the same pain that he had been forced to endure everyday since her original betrayal, replayed over and over again in his mind. And the beginnings for emotional pain were there in her eyes and the semi-gone blush. She was beginning to want him. Eventually it could be cultivated into desire and desire turned to love. And love, he knew, meant pain,

"Yes. A vengence demon to be specific. I am the embodiment of revenge." he told her with a devilish grin. He scowled, "You did it back then, whether you admit it or think you could or not is irrelevant. Perhaps you truly have turned over a new leaf in your second life... but I don't think so. People don't change... they just get worse."

Heath watched with a detached expression as Elizabeth tried some of her t-shirt around the wound on her leg. He had an odd urge to perform some seldom used healing but he immediately ignored the thought. He wouldn't heal this woman. She was the reincarnation of the woman who had ruined his life and destroyed his heart,

"Of course I'm correct. I'm a fucking demon, we know these things." he clucked his tongue, "Well I'm going to show you exactly what you did."

His hand darted out and gripped her head firmly. If he wanted to he could probably crush her head like a grape right then and there but he held back and instead injected some of his memories into her mind. The way they'd been together as children. Growing feelings as teenagers. And then her betrayal, all so that she could run off with some rich bastard and play country wife. When the memories were transferred he took his hand away and stared at her,

"Tell me you'd never hurt me now that you know you already have."

Elizabeth kept mute while she was listening to the demon, she did not want to anger him even more and when he swore at her she knew that he meant to continue his anger, make it worse if he could, but she would try her best to keep his temper down, even though all she seemed to say angered him and that he would not find comfort in a single thing that she said to him, because of what she had done 'before'.

Gasping when he suddenly darted out and grabbed her head, Elizabeth whimpered lightly and she hoped that this would not be the end for her and that she could still manage to wiggle her way out of becoming food for a demon.

As soon as he began the process of transferring memories, Elizabeth gasped again, and she began to feel the feelings awakening in her heart as she watched the scene unfolding, she watched the two of them grow to be lovers in the Victoria setting she had so loved and yearned to be a part of, and the sharp wickeness she had portrayed when she looked on at Heath while his heart broke...and was satisfied.

When he asked her if she would not hurt him, Elizabeth wiped a few shaky tears away from her eyes;

"I would never hurt you, especially not after seeing that, I apologise for what my past self has done to you, but you're wrong about people changing, although I might look like her...I can tell you I am nothing like what she used to be. I promise you Heath." she whispered.

He could see the fear in her eyes when he gripped her head firmly in his much stronger hand. It was strange, in anyone else the look of pure fear in the eyes was like seeing a buffet, something that would help him grow. But when he saw that she was afraid he had the sudden urge to stop, to let her go immediately and to not give her the memories back. These feelings, these weakenings around her, were beginning to annoy him so it was with great pleasure that he used his anger to squash the mental voice that called for restraint. Fuck restraint, he was a demon, restraint was nothing to him now.

The transfer of memories was not a painful one but it was rather intrusive, to so suddenly become aware of things made different people react in different ways. She'd actually had a fifteen percent chance of going insane but he'd deemed that an appropriate level of risk. When she insisted that she would not hurt him, even after he had shown her his memories, Heath leant in so that their faces were once again so very close to each other. He slowly reached up and ran a finger along her jaw,

"Really now?" he whispered quietly, "You won't hurt me? You won't attempt to betray me like you once did?"

He gripped her chin lightly between his thumb and finger to make him look at her, staring into her eyes with his own black eyes. Tilting his head to the side he smiled wickedly,

"But you deserve some kind of punishment I think..." he said before swooping in on her without warning. He pressed his lips against her's, stealing a long and hard kiss from her before pulling away and licking his lips, "You taste good and innocent..."

Elizabeth nodded her head, her eyes wide and pleading when she was asked if she was really going to be able to keep her word, if she was not going to betray him, she would not, for even though she knew him before she did not remember anything much without the help of him injecting his memories into her.

"No no, I really will not hurt you."

Biting her lip she looked at Heath and she almost moved closer to him when he did the same to her, she wanted to be able to be closer to him and there seemed to be something tugging on her core that encouraged her to be closer to him, be a part of him. Although she knew this was insane.

As soon as he touched her jaw, Elizabeth closed her eyes and leant into his touch, however her eyes flew open when she felt his lips on his, moaning a little bit in pleasure, Elizabeth softly kissed him back, she had not had much experience in kissing before so she knew she would not have been very good.

"W-was that my punishment?" she asked with a soft tint to her voice "Uhm, is that a good thing? You tasted like....cinnamon, fiery."

He could see by the express on her face that she didn't seem inclined to betray him. Either because he intimidated her to the point where she would otherwise be afraid for her life or because the memories he'd given her made it so that she didn''t want to hurt him. And to be honest he didn't much care, she wasn't going to be hurting him any time soon and that suited him just fine. Of course that didn't mean he wasn't going to push for some revenge,

"Mmmm..." he looked at her critically, "Time will tell if you can keep your word Elizabeth Vermont."

The way she bit her lip was something that would have made a lust demon pin her to the ground and have their way with her, it was just that alluring. But Heath was made of stronger stuff and he resisted the urge to molest her in the supermarket. Barely. He could tell by the way that she leant towards him, by the way that she closed her eyes and by the way that she kissed him back that she was already into the stage of desiring him. She wasn't a bad kisser either, despite the obvious lack of any real experience in her technique,

"Well if it seems too light for you I could always give you a spanking." he teased her with a feral grin before chuckling darkly, "It's a good thing for me... means I'd like to eat you up! As for the cinnamon, it makes things taste better."

Elizabeth bit her lip and she wondered what was going to happen now, it seemed as if they were rather running out of things to say and she would have to be going back to see her mother and if she was well in a few moments, hopefully she would be able to get there on her own despite the hurt legs that she had just recieved, it didnt seem too bad to her at the moment, but then again she wasnt walking on it.

Blushing a little Elizabeth shook her head when he spoke and asked if she would prefer a spanking, she would not, and she was very glad that she would be able to be escaping such a sexual thing at the moment, for she would not know how to respond to such an action.

"Uhm no thank you, I don't think I'd like one of those." she said with a small smile which dimmed when he said that he would like to eat her up, and hoped he meant in a figurative manner "I wouldn't like it if you did that either." she blinked, blushing a little bit with the look he gave to her.

"So, what happens now? Can I move yet?" Elizabeth asked innocently "Because I really do need to be getting back now..."

Heath was beginning to wonder what he should do with her now. He could kill her right now, now that she knew what she'd done to him in the past life so that she could regret it as she bled to death slowly on the ground. Or he could let her go and pay a visit to her later, giving him time to think of what to do. Or he could take her with him now, whisk her away and show him exactly how he lived his afterlife, all the while making her love him. It was a tough decision to make. He chuckled at her little blush though, he was sure that she had certain desires that a good spanking wouldn't deter but actually help with. He grinned,

"Uhuh. You keep thinking that and I'll pretend to believe you." he replied with a small chuckle. When her smile dimmed her laughed wickedly, "Oh don't worry, I wouldn't use my teeth when eating you."

He frowned a little bit before shaking his head,

"Sit still." He ordered her before placing a hand over the cut. He gripped her leg tightly around the cut and it healed slowly, the pain of the cut still present until it disappeared completely. He stood up, "Come on then. I'll walk you back. I won't have the chance that some other demon, vampire bitch or mangy mutt would try and kill you. You're mine."

Elizabeth blushed wildly and she wondered what she was going to do now that she suddenly has this man in her life, she had someone who she loved in a past life and she might still love now if the feelings that she sometimes felt was correct, although there was something that she didn't really understand at all....how could she love someone she didn't know five minutes ago, it didn't help her brain.

"Oh my." she blushed "I don't think that I would quite be up for that sort of relationship, even though I know you've known me before, I still don't remember everything...I'm sure though I will feel just as I did if we meet up again in the future."

When he told her that she could not move Elizabeth bit her lip and pouted lightly, she did so want to move, but she didn't, she had been told not to after all. Gasping when he placed his hand on her cut, she hissed a little in pain when he first touched her cut, although when he drew his hand away she smiled happily.

"Thank you so so much." she said happily, getting up from the floor and smiling broadly, the possessive nature to what he had just said making her shudder lightly with pleasure, although she did not understand "I'm yours am I?" she asked with a slight stutter/

Heath could find pleasure in bringing the dark blush to her cheeks as well it seemed. He was rather glad of it actually, her blush made her look even more innocent than she already was and to a demon who had spent his entire afterlife killing, maiming and blackmailing, there was noting more exciting than an innocent woman who was likely to bend to your will before long. And Elizabeth was going to bend to his will, of that he was sure,

"Well all things change in time." he told her again with a wicked grin before chuckling a little bit to himself, "It will all come back to you before long. I doubt you'll be able to look in the mirror again when it's all back though if you're ashamed of the actions of your former self."

The pout, despite being an innocent action, was not something that Heath liked on Elizabeth. Simply because as her past self she had pouted to get what she wanted, like the spoilt little rich girl she was. So that was probably why he squeezed her leg a little tighter than was really needed,

"It's nothing." he waved it off easily because to him it really was nothing. He grinned wickedly and looked directly into her eyes, staring at her intensely, "You are mine. I hope that's clear."

Elizabeth bit her lip, if he was right then she would never wish to have her old memories back again because she would not be able to look herself in the face again, he was correct about that, however she knew that she would be able to deal with that if it was the case, because of the divide she still felt between her old life and her new one, she was changed and the action of her old life was nothing to do with her actions.

"I will be ashamed that who I used to be hurt you so much Heath, and made you what you are today because of your suffering, and, I feel I will never be able to tell you how much I am sorry that you had to endure all that pain on your own..." she whispered trailing off slightly.

Walking towards the end of the aisle, Elizabeth smiled lightly and she could not help but blush even deeper when she was told that she was going to be his, and for the first time in this conversation she remebered someone who she often could never forget, and Elizabeth bit her lip.

"In what manner am I yours...? I mean I just want to check because, I...well I sort of have a boyfriend." she whispered quietly, stopping at the end of the aisle and looking back at Heath.

Heath shifted slightly on the spot but that was the only indication that he felt something was wrong. Otherwise he looked exactly as he had done before she had spoken. It made him a little bit uncertain and nervous that she was obviously so accepting of the blame. It wasn't how he'd expected this who thing to go down and he was rapidly having to adapt to it,

"I don't want your pity." he muttered bitterly, "Nothing can change what I suffered through. Nothing can change the fact that I was left so alone before your past self decided she wanted to be the greatest woman in the neighbourhood."

Heath followed her to the end of the aisle, keeping an eye out for any kind of trouble. He chuckled a little bit at her deepening blush and took out a small knife in order to have it at the ready should anyone try to attack them. He didn't even turn to face her when she asked her first question,

"In any and every manner possible." he told her without any hesitance. When she continued he paused for a second, going deadly quiet and completely motionless. He turned to her with a firey gaze, "You have.... a boy friend?"

He was in an unbelievable rage right now. The way that it was easy to tell was that his skin's grey tone was growing darker by the second. Growling in anger, Heath threw his knife at a nearby wall. It sank into the concrete like it was paper and stayed there. He was seething, his breathing deep and heavy as he tried to control himself,

"It doesn't matter." he said curtly, "You are mine Elizabeth. You were mine before you were even Elizabeth, you're mine still now."

Elizabeth heard Heath say that he did not want her pity, so she merely smile happily at him and decided that she was going to do whatever he wanted, after all she needed to make up what her past self had done to him and she knew that it was going to be hard, so she might as well start now.

"Alright then, I wont give you any." she said in a cheerful voice.

Her cheerful and happy demeanour soon changed however when she saw that he was positively livid when she told him that she had a boyfriend, clasping her hand sin front of her body Elizabeth gasped when she knife sunk into the wall, that could have so easily become her head.

"Y-yes I do, his name is Pierre, he was an art student at my college before all this happened, and he stayed behind to protect me and my mother, who I must now return to, I haven't....I haven't really thought of him in that way for a while however..." she said, honestly, "He's almost never there now."

Smiling gently, and despite the anger he was so clearly radiating, Elizabeth placed her hand on Heath's cheek and gently kissed his lips, wanting to calm him down;

"But I know I am yours now, that is why I had to ask in what manner you want us to continue, just because we were lovers in another life, does not mean we have to be now after all."

He raised an eyebrow. It was rather odd for someone to attempt to be so cheerful when they were around a demon. Normally people just got scared witless and ran the Hell away, if you'll pardon the pun. He chuckled a little bit and shook his head ever so slightly,

"You certainly are unique." he admitted with a smirk, "Most people would have tried to run by now."

Even after he had thrown the knife he wasn''t any calmer. If anything he was even angrier. He wanted to toss every one of the shelving units as far as he could, through the windows, through the walls and even through the ceiling. He wanted to tear down every square inch of the supermarket and burn it to the ground. He was not going to lose her again! He was not about to find her more accepting of him now, only to lose her to another man,

"I don't care if he's God himself!" he snapped angrily, "The man does not deserve you! No man deserves you! You are mine! I will not give you up to this pitiful man..."

He was still in a towering rage and when Elizabeth came close he was unsure if he was actually going to hit her out of blind rage but he managed to contain that urge. Her hand against his cheek made him jump a little bit, her hand feeling cool and calming against his cheek. The kiss made him relax even more and he couldn't help but smile faintly,

"You're a brave woman for doing that. Normally people approaching a demon in a rage get very dead very quickly." he nodded with a small smirk, "Yes you are mine and you will be mine as you were before. Now... you said something about a mother?"

Elizabeth smiled happily and she shook her head, she could not run if she wanted to, it seemed as if she was attached to Heath now, that there seemed to be an almost invisble cord attatching him and her together and she was unsure if he could feel it too, but for now she would keep her feelings to herself, until she was sure of them.

"Why would I run from you?" she asked, tilting her head to one side.

The reaction to the fact that she had a boyfriend was one that she did not expect at all, and perhaps that was due to the fact that Heath was a demon, and that with the change from human to demon came the change in personality and temper, although she had a feeling he had always been like this...in some ways.

"Hush, please calm down Heath, you don't have to worry please." she almost pleaded with him "I don't like seeing you this upset I, I wish I had not said anything if it has made you this angry at me, you are angry at me arent you?" she asked with a slight shameful glance to her feet.

Heath's jump made her wonder if she had done something wrong, and she looked into his eyes, they were so full of rage, but a rage that seemed to be calming. Deciding to change the subject, she smiled gently and kissed Heath quickly once more before slipping away towards the exit of the shop.

"Yes, my mother, she's who I came shopping for, I hope that this food will help her...even for a few days until I can find more." she said faintly.

Heath found it strange that he could be so comfortable around Elizabeth when in her past life she had caused him such pain. It really was a mystery to him but he liked the link between the two of them to really question it in depth. Although the vengence demon part of his mind wanted nothing more than for him to tear her to pieces what her past self had done to him. But he controlled it, she was his now and that had been the original source of his anger anyway,

"Because..." he spun round to her, his fingers now razor sharp talong that were poised near her throat. He grinned and gently stroked her jaw, "I'm a predator Elizabeth and prey usually runs from it's hunter."

Heath raged more internally than he did externally and that was saying something. On the inside he was a violent storm of rage that threatened to tear him apart. But on the outside it was relatively calm, he was growling yes but he wasn't roaring with rage like he wanted to. He was twitching with the need to destroy something yes, but he wasn't attacking everything that moved yet,

"I'm not worried." he lied quickly, too quickly for it to be accepted as him telling the truth. He sighed a little bit as he ground his teeth together in his anger, "I am not angry with you Elizabeth. I'm angry at this... boyfriend of yours. By the abyss below you are mine! I will not have someone pretend that he owns your heart!"

The quick kiss on the lips served to calm Heath down another notch. He couldn't stay angry when he could taste her sweetness on his lips and the contact it represented made him want to ravage her, not shout around in rage. He sighed and, with great difficulty, let go of the anger completely,

"Mmm well if you want I can help." he picked up a large piece of rotted meat. Focusing some demonic energy into it, the famine-induced rotting disappeared and the meat began to fill out into a perfectly tasty, healthy, piece of beef, "Demons has the power to reverse the plagues, on a very small scale of course. And not Death... at least no one's ever lived to talk about it."

Elizabeth gasped lightly when she felt the talons at her neck, she did not know what she was going to do if he decided to act against her, although she thought that he would not, he did seem to have some feelings for her, why else would he heal her? Why else would he claim her as his own? Instead of scaring her, Elizabeth shuddered lightly at the touch.

"Well in this case it shall not, perhaps it trusts the predator not to harm it..." she smiled gently, and she kissed one on the talons that was pression against her.

When he spoke, almost too quickly to be understood, Elizabeth smiled gently and she knew that she had been correct, she knew that he was in fact worried about what would happen when Pierre returned, if he did so, and to be honest so was she, although he would never harm anyone, Pierre did tend to hold a grude for a long time...

"Then let me do the worrying for us, I will make sure that it's all settled if and when he returns." she smiled gently at Heath kissing his cheek "I don't think the phrase 'own my heart' could be applied to Pierre, we haven't even really been on a proper date...have we been on a date?" Elizabeth asked with a frown of confusion.

Turning back she looked at Heath and she smiled happily when he said he could help, with an open mouth she looked on in awe and hugged him tightly; "Oh thank you thank you!" she squeaked "This meat will help her so much, she needs proper food like this, not just tinned rubbish."
